Once arrived I checked in only to wait for a few minutes to be in a chair. Mindy was welcoming and down to earth. She cut my hair as requested, went with MVP which included a wash with hot towel, massage chair and scalp massage, shoulder, massage, and style. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
