"Very disappointed of this store. I have purchased there before and never had a problem until last week that I purchased a pant. When I got home I tried it and I did not like how it looked so I went back the very next day to exchange it but they refused to do it because the tag came off when I was trying the pant at home. I still had the tag in the bag with the item but they refused to accept it saying they were loosing money. I have been there and I have seen them putting the tag on the merchandise so I did not think it was a problem but apparently the guy there said he will loose his job about doing an exchange. The owner told me over the phone to go on Monday. I went and what a coincidence she had an emergency and she wasn't there. They told me then to go back the next day between 10 and 12. Really??? So I have to miss work to exchange a simple pant?? Never going back there. We use to buy our uniforms there but for some reason the company took the contract away from them. I wonder why now. Now she replied saying the item was worn. I took the item within 24 hours. I purchased the item on a Thursday at 5:30 pm and I took it back the next day at 5. I would like to know when I worn the pant."

"Jasmine , My God she is AMAZING! She literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This was my first time ever shopping for scrubs and I had no idea where to start. She was so warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the store. I gave her a light description of what I was looking for and she did not stop till we found it. I tried on at least over 20plus different sizes and styles and within the time I was there she kept the same happy and enthusiastic energy. Mind you , it was my first time trying on scrubs she was just so patient and awesome with me. I encountered the absolute best customer service.
