"I made an appointment to get my sons haircut. I walked in and wasn't greeted. I sat down and then someone asked me if I had an appointment. I told them for noon with Jay. Jay told me i missed the appointment because it was at 10. I showed him my confirmation text from him for noon. He asked me if he could finish the person he was working on, it would only take 20 minutes. I said ok. 30 minutes later, I walked out. They didn't want my buisness... il won't br back because of the bad first impression and unprofessionalism."
