"It was a Veterans Day free haircut and I asked for a high fade. Simple right? You would think.....it was easily one of my top 5 quickest haircuts, but hey it was free and I no longer looked like homeless guy I walked in looking like. Maybe I'm expecting too much when I get a service but I've had a better haircut by a homeboy with a comb and razor blade when I was down. After I get home to inspect my fresh cut I see quite a few stray hairs that were missed...and I'm not a hairy dude. I don't even have eyebrows for Christ's sake. If you don't mind having to clean up around your ears and temple area after you get home, go here to get a cut. I wouldn't....not even for next year."

This promo window is valid only from 2-18 days post haircut where the average male receives a haircut every 21-28 days. Can there be open dialogue for the 2024 Veteran's Day haircut promo to push expiration either to 31 Dec 2024 or even 11 May 2025? Thanks for your time and consideration."

"Signed in online, wait time said 5 mins ended up waiting over 40 mins, only had my sides cut, was supposed to be 8, they charged for full cut. Definitely not coming back to this one, my normal great clips was getting remodeled. =("
