"Failed on all fronts. If you have a small job, you are not a priority since you don’t bring them big money. They had my item to be embroidered for 147 days and still wasn’t complete. My order was delayed twice due lack of communication on their part and embroidering the wrong thing on my item. Then delayed 2 more times due to lack of communication again, and there machines not working. After 5 months, it still wasn’t complete. Only one phone call in those 5 months from them, not one care that my deadline was missed more than 3 months ago and still not complete. The reasoning for it not being complete on my 5th attempt at pickup is because they had larger orders that have a deadline that need to be done first, even though I was told my item would definitely be done two weeks prior to my last and final attempt to pick up. I left with my item to be taken to another business and will not be using this company again."
