"I had the worst experience in this store. I was in the store on 2/15/24 for about 10-15 minutes and not one of the employees greeted me. When I brought my stuff to the cashier and asked if the promotion (sign plastered) all over the store was applied to my purchase she had no idea what I was asking about. After she rang me up, I went back to review the sign and called another employee over to the promotion sign- she read the sign and said she didn’t understand what it was saying smh. She called for someone in the back, when the guy from the back came he was very rude and dismissive as if he was doing me a favor. I will never be back in this store!!! Very horrible service and not knowledgeable, rude employees!"

"Staff was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. While asking for help, I was interrupted and spoken over. The lady yelled out “she’s ready to check out!” To another employee while I was in the middle of asking a question. When I was indeed ready to check out, I was left waiting and no one ever came to help. I ended up leaving without purchasing because of all this."

"Replying to the lady Jessica Garcia, as I was customer in the store last night as well when the conversation with the manager was going on. First of all, the manager was NEVER rude to anyone, the young lady let us shop in peace even after they were closed. She stood at the front to let people that were still trying to come in, that they were closed (this was after 8:00pm) as the door was still unlocked. I was listening to the conversation because I thought WOW, she’s giving this lady much attitude when she can just check out and leave. When I heard the lady say she was leaving a review I knew I had to step up and do my part. Jessica, if you were having a bad you should’ve stayed home. I shop at this location very often, and this young lady is always so helped and patient."

"I went in to the store 15 min to close. The manager sheila was at the front by the doors and as I walked in, she mentioned to me they would be closing soon. I had no issue with that because I’ve never been the type to not respect company’s hours of operation, so I started to look around knowing that my time was limited. When I tell you this lady was rude !!! A lady asked her to measure her daughter to find out her correct bra size the manager said she didn’t have her measuring tape and they closed in 10 min … IN OTHER WORDS NO !! There was a display of bras on sale by the entrance and she would not move out of the way to let the other lady’s see the bras properly. She locked one side of the doors and I was concerned because my daughter was next-door at the Ulta. I had mentioned to her that when she was done checking out for her to meet me at Victoria secret. That being said, there was three people ahead of me to check out, and I thought it would be OK To mention to manager if she would allow my daughter to come in, since I would still be in line. She said no, because Victoria Secret has a policy that no one is allowed in past 8 PM that there was a camera that detected each time somebody came in and out of the store. I explained to her that my daughter was only 15 years old and she went on saying sorry nothing I cant do anything about that. I told her that I doubted that was a rule and asked her for her name. She provided it and said that she was the manager of that store and if she wanted to she wouldn’t let anybody in 10 minutes Before closing. I replied with this store says it’s open until 8 PM that means if somebody came five minutes before closing they most definitely have the right to come in and shop. You can tell that she was so mad that she had Customer still… it must of been 8:03 when all this was happening, my thoughts were “do you not want the sales “!!?? I had my 5 month old baby with me and I was so upset that I just decided to ignore her.. to avoid going back and forth about the whole thing, The absolute rudest ! I’ve seen the comments and reviews and it looks like this isn’t the first time she’s been an issue at this location. Victoria Secret you are so much better than this !"

"I don’t even want to give 1 star to this store. We came today, there are 2 ladies working in the store. The young lady is helpful even she is not really sweet but she is doing her job. The store was busy at all. But the lady with curly long hair is so so terrible. We shop and we pay for our clothes, we don’t ask for free. She is so rude, she talked she did things so mean to everyone. She is not nice, should not work for this famous brand. Everything we ask for information she didn’t want to answer. This is a worst store. I never come back again."
