"Waited 45 minutes for them to open as a walk in. The barber was late and refused to take me because he said there was an appointment at nine even though the person was no where to be found. I think he just wanted to eat his breakfast. Told me I could get my haircut at 10:30. I haven’t had a bad experience with them, but they one tipped me over the edge. How you let business walk out the door? Do a quick cut! I just get a simple fade. Oh well. I won’t be returning."
