"I bought a dress for my girlfriend in NYC. When she tried it on it didn't fit right but when I tried to return it I was never told it was store credit only. The owner lied many times that she was, in fact, the owner. She wanted to ship different dresses up for her to try on and if they didn't fit ship them back. When I explained this could get very costly then she said she was no longer willing to work with me. She said she has NEVER given a refund. She was very difficult. I contacted the BBB and they ignored them as well. When the owner was finally called out for lying, I was invited to sue her in court. Its not worth the drama. I should never have bought from this store."
