"We were there on a busy Friday afternoon. We did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. We saw multiple people walk-in without appointments and be helped while we were there. I enjoyed the vibe, but anyone with sensory issues would find this place horrible. - There is music playing (louder than "background" music) and posters all over. My 16 yo sons haircut turned out great. We talked to the technician and asked what she thought would look best on his face and what was in style and she explained what she thought very well and then did a great job of doing exactly that. He was thrilled and feels like he found his new look. We'll be back!"
