"I asked for a 1 in trim to cut off some layers the last lady who cut my hair did. I was trying to grow it out. This lady must not understand English very well bc she cut my hair really short and very uneven. I was mortified and still cry looking in the mirror every day. Beware of mis-understanding of what you ask. Hali has no idea what she's doing."
