"I was in the area and needed a haircut and facial. Saw them on Google, decided to give a chance. Malaina cut my hair but she had no idea how to do that with scissors. She just cut the length from the back and said she’s done. Upon asking her about trimming and back layering, she had no idea what I was asking. Upon realizing that I am stuck with someone who has zero to little experience with men’s haircut, I just asked her to trim sideburns a bit at least. Now I asked her for facial, which she said she doesn’t know how to do and transferred me to Jason. He seemed definitely knowledgeable but didn’t had stuff to do facial (which I got to know at the end). He did what he thought was facial. However, when I asked him that I’ve been getting facials from last 30 years and never seen this style, Jason answered they don’t really do facials there and don’t have stuff to do one. He added, that he asked the owner several times to provide with stuff needed for a facial but the owner hasn’t given him in last 18 months he’s working there. This place has potential but needs them to be honest with customers and do not experiment your new inexperienced stylists with new customers."
"First visit today and loved it. Danielle has been my barber/stylist for a decade now and of course I would follow her to her new shop. The vibe is super cool, classic barbershop. Vintage barber chairs and tvs mounted at each station. Very cool. Loved it, and always Danielle is the best (Malaina is amazing also). They are both brand new to the shop so if you haven’t been or haven’t been in a while, go see them. Known them both for a long time and it doesn’t get much better."
