Have had 10 decent haircuts here but done after this. Don’t waste peoples time without the simple courtesy of telling them you need a break. The stylist was either rude/didn’t care/or incapable of simple social skills. The company, should include In the app the ability for the stylist to block off a period for lunch and break to not accept more customers. A couple lines of code and a button could fix that, must be laziness from corporate."

Zero understanding of any semblance of customer service and I responded accordingly. Changing a persons “first available” stylist request to a stylist doesn’t give the right for a person 4th in line to jump to the front. Went to Floyd’s right down the street and spent my $100 and the stylists were great and we were in and out in less than 40 minutes with smiles and 3 haircuts."
