"Something very simple needed for an elderly man. Displaced crown needed to be glued. Cost is $39 exam + $150 (!!!) to glue the crown. This place is not a non profit but shouldn’t be unnecessarily expensive either."

"I don’t recommend going to this clinic. People did tell me not to go but I believed in my own experience I came here wasted 1 hr even after appointment , doctor dint seem interested in checking the patient she was in a rush not explaining or doing in details about what needs to be done big waste."

"I was randomly called during the holidays as to why I hadn't been in for an exam and I told them that I was not pleased with the Dentures that I had gotten and how I was unable to even wear them . So I was told they would speak with the Business Manager after which I was told to come in and they would adjust them free of charge. When I came in for the appointment I was told that I would have to pay for an exam before they would look at my dentures since I hadn't been seen in the last 6 months. So I'm stuck with Dentures that I can't even wear and no money to do anything about it. Yes the staff is friendly but the results don't add up to the service and treatment. I would not recommend them again.because my last referral was not pleased with the upcharge once they arrived"

"Very disappointed! The rep in the front tried to charge me $15 for fluoride which I have never payed that since I have been coming to that dental office . Very racist , mostly Indian staff works there now and they treat us African Americans very badly I will never return to this dental office . The new lady with the fillers in her lip knows nothing about her job and more about her injections in her face . So rude and scamming . If you are black please stay away from here . Staff has changed all the workers were rude to black people . Very mad and disappointed."

"On September 14th my mom went in for a root canal. She then scheduled an appointment for her crown on November 13th. When she went on November 13th she told them she was still feeling pain on that tooth. They gave her medication and scheduled an appointment for December 6th to follow up and extract the tooth or redo the root canal that they had not done properly the first time. At her appointment they then told her they could only remove the tooth and would keep credit with them for the rest of the amount we had payed for the root canal. We told them we did not want credit or to get the tooth removed but wanted a refund instead. The dentist agreed they should refund us since they had not done the root canal properly. The man I believe is the manager then came and said we could get a refund but next time we went to that dental office we would be charged as new patients. We agreed to that but then he changed his mind and said he will not be refunding us. We are never coming back and suggest you don't either because they don't stand by their work. Not only that but they said my mom had high blood pressure and still wanted to continue with the tooth extraction."
