"Dr. Tina was so incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive. I broke my tooth, and I was able to get in with an appointment right away. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. Her assistant made me feel comfortable and he is very sweet. I am new to Houston, and I have to say: I just found my new dentist! Thank you for everything today!"

"I went for my check up and cleaning after my X-ray doctor said that I had a small tooth cavities so he fix it covered it but to do that the assistant she did the anesthesia on my side when the doctor covered the cavity he didn’t even ask me how I was feeling he just got up and left the assistant said we done you can go and the anesthesia was so strong that half my face and head was numb. got home and I can feel that filling was so big it last me over a week. Last week got my cleaning with a different office doctor."

"I’ve had an awful experience. Was told I had to pay copay and deductible which I never had before but got them to say no copay, only the deductible. For a routine clean, mind you. I paid went back to work and looked into my insurance. I found I do not need to pay anything for routine. I called them to let them know and they said they’d look into it. I asked for my paperwork to be sent as well. I noticed my insurance paid claim 100% including X-rays that I didn’t have done since I was 8 months pregnant. Luckily the paper the sent me said “refused X-ray patient pregnant” so I called insurance. They told me I was also overcharge by $200+ last visit bc they paid claim 100%. So went back to A+Star and more promises of “we’re looking into it” with last two emails unresponded to. I do not recommend this unprofessional group. I will be making official complaint to State Board of Dental Examiners since I can’t get no resolution."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning with Dr. Alabi! Check in was a breeze . Both front desk workers were prompt and greeted me with a smile. The visit went well . I came in for a cleaning , and honestly Dr. Alabi Really took her time to clean my teeth! I left with feeling a different kind of clean lol. Plus at the end you get a goodie bag I mean who doesn’t like free stuff ! I also needed a surgery In the future and by the time I was in the lobby the front desk workers had already called my insurance to get all the financials down to see what the best possible time frame would be. I appreciated it because they found out if I waited a year my insurance would cover 50% instead of 25% ! So they just saved me some coins! Side note: you can book your appt online and they send you reminders vi a text which I love for my busy schedule ! All in al 10/10 !"
