"I have been going here for a year or so and have always had good service. Ally usually takes care of me and is always doing a bang up job. She wasn’t there and against my better judgement I decided to head down to get a hair cut. I made an appointment on the app and showed up a couple minutes before to check in and wait my turn. Once I arrived I was told they were closing early for a party of some sorts. I asked the individual behind the counter if they were refusing people on the check in list, which she seemed perplexed by my question. She asked the stylist whom I selected, which was Lexxis I believe, if she would take the appointment. She looked at the check in board and said if she took the appointment she would definitely be late for this party and almost seemed annoyed I would still ask this. I was blown away by this statement and unprofessionalism and decided to leave. I wasn’t going to sacrifice a possible botched haircut because someone didn’t want to be there and had more “important “ things to do. I’ve gone to Sport Clips for many years between my time in Colorado and now Texas but never have I had such an unprofessional and rude experience. It’s hard for me to want to go back to get my haircut given the amount of good service I have always had."
