"They talk nice and pretty, if there is an issue with dress or item they say they get it fixed but once you pay for your quince dress and items if it needs fixing your on your own. They do not keep their word. I had to fix my grand daughters dress because they are incompetent. Tbe quince doll cost $125. because it was going to be a look alike to my grand daighters charro quince dress we got a doll with glittered veil bottom NOTHING to do with my girls dress NOT worth $125 same doll we found for $25. and a lot nicer. I DONT RECOMMEND this place"
