"Omg!! I have literally being in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes! I tried to leave but kept thinking that they may open more registers but never did! Burlington is one of those stores that always have the lines super long. I love this store but my trips to it are very minimum for the only reason that takes me longer in line than what I actually shop! It is annoying and pathetic. I have million things to do and being in line for more than 30 minutes it’s just not right. They should get better management or hired more employees to help open the registers."
"They don’t ever have the dressing rooms open… they don’t want to make money so much cute clothes and you can’t even try due to dressing rooms being closed. There was literally minimum of 9 people who wanted to try clothes on but couldn’t"
"Applied to ease the stress of the store from the lack of employees and they call to tell me after I've done the WHOLE application process, SET UP AN INTERVIEW, they WEREN'T hiring. Like how much miscommunication is there JUST in management? Now I can imagine if I did work there. Wrong schedules, work orders, charges, etc."

"Pretty pathetic to have only 2 registers open on a sat night, when there's tons of people! The line this creates is pathetic, management needs to step it up!! This creates extremely long lines and aside from it, the store was pretty hot!! These are the things that makes people not want to shop here!! Seems like there's always a shortage of registers open on wknds!! Wish I could give this half a star!!!"
