"Horrible quality horrible service I got my dad boots for Christmas as soon as he got them on a heel came of I brought the boots back to the store they said it would take 1 week to fix them after 3 weeks got them today well I checked them the heel came off again so I told the man helping me out sir give me my money back or another boots he said yes I agree u can choose another boots as soon as he called his boss the boss said no will fix them again ugh!!! "I bought a pair of these for my daughter thinking I was getting a good quality boot considering the price. Less than a month of wearing them and the bottoms are coming off. I contacted customer service and they would never respond right away. Come to find out it was done on purpose because when they finally reached back out it was at the 30 day mark and they refused to help me. I’ll never buy anything from them again and will make sure my acquaintances don’t either."
