"Katrell or Catrell (however you spell his name) cut my son’s eyebrow during the haircut & when I asked about what happened he said “he didn’t come in like that?” Like be for real. Then I specifically said I want a taper fade with my other son & he literally balded the sides of my child’s hair. I watched the other barbers cut customers hair & they were doing an amazing job! I should’ve asked one of them to do it. I strongly DO NOT recommend Katrell. Not to mention he took back the damn advertisement bracelet he gave me. I understand some people are learning & growing as a barber but this ain’t it."
