"Super disorganized when trying to collect books, lessons learned first and last time buying books here. I know students work here but come on, have a bit of organization when you are doing pick up orders, they email u that it’s ready then can’t find and are running around the store trying to put orders together. Again first and last time, I got charged all the books at one time but nothing is available have to wait, ok, then don’t charge the books until you give them out; got charged twice, filled orders they tried to fill again. Very disappointed"

"Friendly and helpful staff. I would not recommend buying anything other than university-specific items (e.g. lab journals, Javelina pride items) since most textbooks and other office supplies can be found at a cheaper price elsewhere."
