"I tried booking an appointment online however it sent me to another barbershop in Carrollton, and I didn’t realize it until after I scheduled it. The only reason I knew was because of an email I was sent. Since my appointment is less than 12 hours away, I can’t cancel. If the owners read this you need to create your own profile or remove this from your Google map page. I think it’s deceptive that you have another barber shop linked in your profile that’s pretty far away. UPDATE: I talked with Quincy and he was easy to talk to. I wanted to give away the free haircut and he obliged. He showed true character in this situation. But BEWARE, Do NOT schedule your appointment via Google it will schedule you to someone else."
