"I went here on 02/09 after a HORRIBLE ordeal at another braiding shop. And it made me wonder how I haven’t been here sooner! Staff was so friendly, didn’t mind servicing my thick hair and my knotless braids turned out perfect! They’ve gained a customer in me!"

"I'm sorry but this will not be a good review. ON November 16, I went to get crochet braids. When I got there, I had two people working on my head at the same time. One was Abbi. Don't know the other one. They really never met on my head. That's why my braids were all over the place. I did like my hair when it was finished even though it was a lot. I came home and when it was time for bed, I could not lay down. My braids were too much and too tight. I called the next day and Abbi took four braids out. She loosened some in the back and two in the front. Felt good for a minute. The next day, I still had a headache and pain. The third day, I had bumps that had formed at the base of the braids. They had lumped some hair together over my left ear and that hair pressed down on my ear daily causing so much pain. I was out of town so I called Abbi when I got back on the 20th. I told her I was still in pain and I now had bumps. Her reply was " Oh that means they are too tight. Sorry" I can take them out for you." This was her response. I was shocked. I told her I would take them out myself. I paid $120 to get it done and $74.00 for the hair. I work part time so I had to save that up. After taking the braids out, I had bumps and soreness that I could not brush my hair without my head hurting. I'm not saying that Queen B salon don't do a good job on others but not for me. I'm so disappointed. I have to now save more money to get it done somewhere else. Will not go back to this shop. Below are pictures of my hair with the braids and then after I took them out. I have enough hair for this to have been better for me. Update: Today is 11/23 and I am still having problems with my head. Bumpy and sore. I feel so sad. Any good review was done by them or someone who is a friend of these inexperienced stylists."

"Omg! If you leave in the NRH/Keller area you have to check it Queen B Braids. Scheduling is easy online, they start on time, and get you out the door in a timely manner. These ladies will take care of you. Both my girls have gotten knotless braids and I appreciate the break from having to touch heads during the week."
