"The other employees are nice and helpful, but the tall slender lady with long black hair, who's always playing dramatic ranchera songs on her phone, is so rude and toxic, she carelessly tried to run me over with a shopping cart full of stuff as if she was trying to do it on purpose, and I had to jump fast out of the way and she just gives me an evil smile like "oh well". I should of made a complaint to Managment or cooprate that day but sometimes we don't know what to do in negative Situations at that exact time. I will definitely warn my friends and family about her unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour."
"I always go because its the closest to my house but the kiddos there always every dam day they close 9:30 or 9:40 like it says 10 pm and they dont respect store policy and than you tell them & still little kids pick up attitude, poor manager doesnt know what goes around respect hours if not change your time in google to close at 9:30 pm!"
"Layout is clustered and items are shelved in a really confusing way. Expired products and dusty displays are everywhere in this location. Management has terrible customer service skills. There is overt contempt for customers who return items. I could understand if the customer were being difficult, had not provided the receipt or was being belligerent or demanding. That was not the case. The single product was returned with receipt and it was found that most of the stock was expired making exchange pointless. The process took less than 7 minutes yet I still witnessed a hostile Manager even insulting the customer's choice in product out of sheer pettiness. If this is how they treat a customer imagine what the employees must put up with. Customer service from cashiers is very good. They are friendly and willing to work with clients even if they are being mildly difficult."
