"A friend of mine recently got fired from this place due to it's, poor communication skills from management on there first day working at the register. they were on the register after watching a 3 minute, video and cards to scan so like after a few minutes they were ringing up. customers after little training there also short staffed, like 2 people working at the register the reason I say poor communication skills. is because they were short staffed no one could answer her about the question, and even if they did it was simple answer and they left without. her noticing also my friend told them she needed, a little bit of more help with the register since she never worked on one and when she, tried to ask for help no one was able to be found to answer her.questions she got fired because after that little training she ended up accidentally, giving someone the wrong amount of change due to how nervous she was she apologized to the. customerand called a manger over to help after that she still countied to work and later, was brought back to be terminated after she was done if your looking for a job.with nice bosses and have good commutations skills and are willing, to help you and have many people working and answer your questions this, Ross is not good for you just to warn people if your looking for good job this isn't the place."

"Never go on a weekend. It will take forever to get out. Found some pretty wedge black shoes. Also I didn't like that the ladies working there were rushing and walking very fast with these clothes racks. Didn't care if there were customers. The lady mgr had them I a hurt. This is very unprofessional and careless on the Mrs side. Employees can get hurt and they can hurt the customers."
