"I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist due to bad dental history, but coming here for my dental care was an amazing decision. I’m always seen by Dr. Patel and Katherine and they are the most wonderful people, I always feel comfortable there and you feel no judgment walking in, and of course they do an awesome and quick job every time! The front desk people Ashley and Amanda are great as well and are always super welcoming and helpful with everything! Highly recommend coming here for any dental care needs, they will take great care of you."
"Dr. Patel and His staff did an amazing job! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They took the stress and fear out of going to the dentist. They truly care about you as their patient and are not just wanting your money. They are kind, patient and treat you like family! I feel so confident about my teeth. I cannot thank them enough!"
"The administrative staff at Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry goes above & beyond to consider your needs when it comes to scheduling, the dental assistants take the time to get to know you as a person and not just a patient, and Dr. Patel has taken great care of my smile over the past few years. I really cannot say enough good things about the environment, the staff, and the experience I get as a patient here!"
"I’ll explain my situation and let you be the judge. In March of 2023 I saw Dr. Patel and we had a treatment plan that consisted of crowns and fillings. Due to the fact that he was booked out for several months, I decided to go with another dentist so I could begin to get this work done. The second dentist who is amazing at Prosper Dentist & orthodontics recommended that I have to tooth # 15 extracted. I booked an appointment with Texas dental surgery. I handed their office staff a copy of the treatment plan from Prosper dentist & orthodontics. At the same time my son was also visiting with me and he had a referral from Dr. Patel to get his wisdom teeth pulled. Now the staff at Texas dental surgery got confused and instead of calling Dr. Chandler at Prosper dentist and orthodontist for my extraction information, they ended up calling Dr. Patel for both me and my son. Even though I had a treatment plan from Dr. Patel that did not contain at all any information regarding an extraction for some reason Dr. Patel decided to tell the staff at Texas dental surgeons that I needed tooth number two extracted. Again this was never discussed with me and Dr. Patel. It was never on my treatment plan. It was never on any documentation that I signed. So I ask you where in the world did Dr. Patel come up with this information and why did he feel the need to tell my dental surgeon to extract tooth number two which by the way did not need to be extracted. I have left several messages with Dr. Patel‘s office and he will not answer my phone calls nor will he call me back . I’m assuming he knows he was in the wrong. Both offices were in the wrong in my opinion. Texas dental surgeon should’ve never called Dr. Patel for my treatment because I handed them the treatment plan from Dr. Chandler which by the way they claim they never received. Texas dental surgeon does not even have anything in writing from Dr. Patel so they could not be telling the truth for all I know. What it boils down to is there is a lot of negligence that occurred here and I am the one that lost a tooth that did not need to be removed. I’m out thousands of dollars and nobody wants to stand up and take responsibility . This is the most unprofessional and unethical situation I have ever been exposed to. I expect Dr. Patel and the general surgeon at Texas dental surgery both to compensate me for the money out-of-pocket, and to pay for an implant. It should not have to come this far. These men should stand up and do what’s ethical. Texas dental surgeon wants to back there front office staff who in my opinion made a huge mistake. They had the paperwork that I delivered them but yet they got confused because my son was coming in from Dr. Patel. They just assumed we both were. Everybody needs to own up to their mistakes and I need to be compensated. I do not recommend anyone seeing Dr. Patel or anyone at Texas dental surgery. The unethical behavior is mind-boggling. I live on disability I can’t afford to be throwing away money because doctors and their front office staff made mistakes. It’s time these people stand up and do what’s right. I’m not asking for anything but the reimbursement of my money out-of-pocket, and for them to pay for my implant. That is the right thing to do. I pray that they find in their hearts and do what’s right."
"I'm new to the area, and needed to find a new dentist, because I used to check and do regular cleaning twice a year and luckily Dr. Patel is in my insurance network. I was really pleased with the service he provided and explained what needs to be done and what is being done. The staff are very professional and helpful, and lili did a good cleaning to my teeth. Highly recommend!"
