"I discovered 231 on Google and because of the reviews decided to give it a shot. All I needed was a beard trim and lineup and for $20 dollars I was fine with the price and barbers work. However, as much as I liked the barber and think he could have his own shop one day, there are things that need to be worked on. First, I thought I was going to a shop, not someone's house. It's fine, that's not a big deal at all. But, when I got there for my appointment it seemed like he didn't know he had an appointment, which ok, things happen people are busy. He asked me to meet him at the back gate and his pit bull was barking non-stop. Again, that's fine but maybe be better prepared and have your dog put away before a client arrives in the future. Next, we go into this backroom, where he gives his haircuts and whatnot. I won't lie, the room was absolutely filthy and I considered leaving, but I had pre-paid and I didn't want to judge. But, again. That area could've and should have been cleaned up prior to my or anyone else's arrival. The barber seemed nice, but he was silent most of the time and it was a little awkward. Overall, the service was nice. But, it's the little things that separate the good from the great. The barber does have skills. He just needs to work on the little things."

First of all I was having to be at work by 10am, i was told that they opened at 8am but I still had to get some other things done before I went to work. He was able to see my at 7am upon a really short notice! Professional guy and really took the time to make my hair right. Honestly nothing at all I could say that’s negative"
