"This place for the last year or so was my favorite. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and excellent haircuts. I went a couple days ago and there was a major shift. The front desk was very short but possibly short staffed. My entire visit which was always filled with friendly conversation was essentially a 30 min long sales pitch to upsell me on the year subscription, high tier treatment, and products. I then found out they just transitioned to corporate so maybe that has something to do with it. Look I’ve been in retail management for 20 years and I fully understand the need to meet certain metrics but not at the sacrifice of customer experience."
