"Had an appointment today & the front desk lady called me literally 10 minutes before my appointment stating there were some issues with the insurance. Keep in mind they are suppose to call a day before to verify your benefits. I was already outside parked & my husband left work early today to stay with our kids. She said she didn’t want to waste my time but I had already traveled to the clinic & husband lost hours today. Front desk ladies are nice but it was NOT FAIR that I was rushed to figure out the insurance within 10 mins before my appointment. We could of all saved ourselves time in this situation whether I got called a day before or even in the morning. Not 10 minutes before appointment time."

"I brought my nieces here for a cleaning and the front desk workers did not want to do their job by sending multiple patients home. All they wanted to do is talk about unprofessional things and cursing while patients are sitting in the lobby. If I can give them 0 stars I would."

"Second time in this place and I have to say they are exceptional. I have 6 cavities, root canal and 4 wisdom teeth extractions to do and so far so good for not seeing a dentist in over 20 years. They make sure I am not in pain when working. They take Care credit for partial payments but unfortunately I do not qualify. But I will be seeing them more."
