"DO NOT LET ONIEDA (Weslaco Sports Clips) CUT YOUR HAIR. Just paid $18 plus $5 tip for the stylist Onieda to mess up my son's hair. She had a bad attitude from the go. The board said she was ready. She cleaned and then looked like she took a 20 min break without even giving a courteous heads up. Looked very unhappy in her job. No customer service skills, said less than 10 words to me and my son combined. Left him with lopsided bangs and was about to send him on his way without doing his edges. Then he tells me she was being rough with him like she wanted to finish fast. Never had this bad of service here before. His hair will grow back and I'll gladly pay a better stylist next time."

"I have lived in Weslaco for two years. The concept is good, I can never get the same person twice... Inconsistent VIP treatment. It is supposed to include a hot towel teeatment and a decent neck massage. I didn't get either."

"Today I had a poor experience. Used the app to check in. When I arrived I asked a male staff member for assistance on notifying my arrival. He state there is nothing to do ur next. Another customer was called and closed the door to the location. After 20 more minutes of waiting they notice the mistake by the manager. She doesn't apologize but give me all the reasons why they took me off the list and how busy they were. The stylist I requested never acknowledged me but told the managers we are closed so can someelse take him. Sad service... well I'm glad today was my last season pass . Done with sports clips...."
