Marksman Barber Shop

"Connie and Vern sold the barber shop and it has changed pretty drastically. The wall hangings are gone, the couch is gone and is replaced with chairs, the carpet has been replaced with laminate flooring, and the dog is gone. The walls have been painted and it's much brighter there than it was before. The parking lot has been repaved and it thankfully lost all the potholes and has parking spaces painted on the asphalt. So it's much different than before. The woman who bought Marksman Barber Shop is pretty quiet. She doesn't speak much but she does do a good job cutting hair. I've had more bad haircuts in Granbury than in any other place I've ever lived. I've definitely got a list of barbers I will not go to. It's been pretty bad trying to find a decent barber at a reasonable price. The Pirates Den does a great job at cutting hair. I would say the best. But he's so busy it's hard to get in there. I'd say this is one of the better places for a haircut in town. If you're looking for a good conversation then this is not your place. If you want a decent haircut then this will work great for you."

"Disgusting place. First off I’m a retired Veteran. It may not mean much to some. But this person decided to pass judgment on me because while I served this country for over 20 years on active duty, with multiple combat deployments. I happened to stationed in UPSATE NEW YORK (having a New York phone number) I was there when the towers fell on 9/11! Regardless, I called the number posted on google, someone picked up the phone, then hung up. I assumed they might have disconnected the call on accident. So I called back. Then I got a text message about being a liberal. (Which I will add to this review) Since when does a person get refused a haircut because of their phone number. As well as them assuming I’m a liberal. I fought, sweat and bled in Afghanistan, so that our country wouldn’t have people hurting anyone else. So that people could have freedoms. Disgusting, uncalled for and ridiculous. Hope the person has a change of heart with their attitude. I will NEVER use their services. Because it’s my right to exercise sound judgment."

"Walked in and read sign on hair cuts flat tops $19.00, my wife and I had a seat and waited our turn. Two people working never spoke to either one of us. Came my turn got up and set in chair and stated flat top please and they both decided to let us know they don't do flat tops? Come on we've set for 20 minutes waiting to hear they don't do flat tops, then why the hell does your sign read that you do?"
