"I booked a 10am appointment a week in advance for my son. I received a confirmation email and a reminder the day before. After waiting until 10:30am...the shop never opened. I called and left a voice message. An hour later I was marked as a "no show" on Booksy. Luckily, we were able to walk-in to another shop (on a Saturday.)"

"I've been twice. First time with an appointment that got pushed 40 min and then I got there and waited an hour before I had to leave. Second time I went in without an appointment, which was clearly a mistake. Waited 2 hours and was assured they would get to me. Waited 30 more minutes and left. 2 barbers were hanging out outside. I am unable to comment on an actual haircut though."
