"Good for hair cuts but I don't recommend for beards. The barber seemed very inexperienced and she tried to use clippers 3 inches wide to trim my beard. Her hand slipped several times while doing the edges, which made me pretty nervous so I stopped her midway through the session."

"This place is great! Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I had spent most of the day tearing down an apu on my truck and didn't realize the time. The next morning I had really imported meeting that I needed to get cleaned up for. It was late in the evening when I arrived at Del Mar. They were nice enough to get me in for a haircut and a shave. "2/5, I’ve been here about 4 times since it is very close to home and seemed nice but 3 of those times I had to wait over 30 minutes and once was a 45 minute wait even though I scheduled about a week in advance. That same time, I received a shave but they only applied the shaving gel once so it dried and left me with a lot of bleeding and irritation, have not been back since. They added some coloring and other stuff to try and make up for it (which I didn’t not ask for and made the cut even longer) but the damage was done. Place is clean and they try to be nice but would not recommend."
