"Worst experience ever. One of your reps talked to me like I was a complete dummy. You decline warranty repair of my roof that was absolutely damaged by hail. I've had 3 roofers look at it and tell me it is hail damage (all 3 of which told me Allstate is problematic). The inspectors that looked at my roof for Allstate said it's damaged. There's hail damage on my wife's car. My next door neighbor had their roof replaced. Many people on my street and across the surrounding neighborhoods had their roofs replaced. Somehow the hail skips my house and doesn't damage my roof? Allstate is lousy. I will never recommend Allstate to anyone. I will be leaving Allstate next year unless by some miracle you guys decide to make this right."

I did not leave a message and had planned to call back again later.
