Theresa helped me and was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!"

"I was initially happy with my rate and service in the beginning of this year. When I renewed in summer, they raised it by $100 with no accidents or explanation for the raise. I can never seem to get an answer from this team unless it is their payment reminders. I pay this location $195 for one driver with no driving history to explain this raise in price. Paying nearly $200 per month, you would think the customer service would be better. I was late on a payment, communicated to Jaclyn that I would pay on a specific pay date and she said she noted it on the account - they still cancelled my policy the day before & did not answer any of my questions in regards to pricing or my policy when I responded to her. No point in communicating with them, they are only worried about money here, not actually helping their customers. Surprise. Sidenote: I never leave bad reviews, but this is a bit ridiculous from a corporate insurance company. I am sure they will respond with excuses or reasons to disregard this comment - my advice, save your money and the stress - do not choose here."
"Stay away from this office. Kyle is seemingly never there and his staff just aren't taking care of business. Had my first at fault auto incident on my vehicle that has been insured with State farm since I bought it new. My rental coverage ran out 2 weeks ago and State farm still hasn't issued the money necessary to repair the car. So we're down to sharing one small car with a family of six. This doesn't seem to be a priority. I've asked for timely updates on progress which has simply not been happening. Weeks go by, no progress, no communication, no accountability. They are diligent about trying to sell me a life insurance policy though. Good grief."

My account manager Andrew Barrow was extremely helpful and always available for any and all of my concerns. It has taken any worry I had about insurance away and made it something I am glad to have.
