"I went because of the other reviews and it’s across from where I stay. Well my luck of the draw was $37 for a bad patchy haircut in about 15 mins. Something you would expect from an entry level place. Saw they had beer but was never offered one. What’s your phone number is how I was greeted, never a hello and barely an acknowledgement I was even there. Just bad experience from start. Almost walked out after checking in. Wish I would have because now I have to find time to go get my hair fixed elsewhere"

"I switched to this location a few months ago and lucked out with meeting Samantha, who has been doing my haircuts since. She is able to take my "vision" and give me an amazing cut each time. She's personable and I enjoy chatting during the haircut service. Happy to have connected with her and plan to continue going as long as possible!"

"This is the current Bird's I am going to, I have been going to Bird's since I moved here to Austin over 10 years ago. I currently go and see Lexi G for my Short Cut and Beard Trim. She does an excellent job and does the straight razor for the back of my neck. She is super good and her quality and spot on every time I go. She is really good at listening to what you want or are looking for and discusses and pauses to make sure what you talked about is what you are getting and expected. She has also saved me a few times when I tried to do my own beard trimming and... Well, it didn't come out as good as I thought it would. So she is kind and understanding about my poor attempts. I now just stop trying and go back to Lexi so that we both save time. I highly suggest giving Bird's a shot and Lexi especially. But Every time I go in, everyone is super friendly and it is just a happy place to go and I always look forward to going."

I went in for my first cut with Shannon and received the best cut I had in a long while. Shannon was super awesome with the cut and personality. I have since only gone to birds and only had my cut with Shannon. I highly suggest Shannon and birds. Always super friendly and great service!"
