"I am making this post on behalf of my husband experience. Today was his SECOND attempt to be seen. Each time waited over an HOUR. Both times had made an appointment online. No one addressed him or communicated why it was taking so long. Just flat out ignored him. Unacceptable. Why do you ask clients to make appointments if it doesn’t make a difference."

"Kelsey cut my son's hair today. My son has school pictures tomorrow, fyi. I asked for a bald fade to a 4 on top, high and tight. Kelsey basically argued with me about how short to cut my son's hair. She said it was really short, and was I sure. Yes, I am sure. He gets the same thing every single time, I want his hair short. She showed me a picture she googled of a bald fade to a 4. I agreed. What my son got was NOT what I asked for. His hair is way too long on top, and it looks messy. Kelsey asked if I wanted it edged up, I said yes. The front of my son's face is crooked now, his hairline is way off. I have pictures for proof. My son has gotten a bald fade to a 4 on top every month for the last 4 years of his life, it has never looked like this before. I don't understand what's so hard about giving people what they ask for. And she was very snotty when I didn't tip her, because why would I tip you for arguing with me and then not doing what I asked. My son is embarrassed by his hair. I have to pay someone else to fix it before tomorrow so his school pictures don't look horrible. A complete waste of $24. I could have done a better job with dog clippers."

"Went in for a walk-in and they stopped taking people an hour before close. If the staff wants to leave at the hours on the door the hours of operations should be updated so that customers are not turned away during hours of operation. It's no different than a restaurant closing at a certain hour but staff turning away customers an hour before closing time so that they can leave at the closing time. I waited as a walk-in for an hour in the lobby after putting my name on the list just to be skipped by two people that walked in after me. You can now make appointments online or through the app but they are STILL turning away people that walk in more than an hour BEFORE closing time. They just say "we aren't taking more people". I would highly recommend any other salon other than this one due to their wait time and line management."

"I have been going to Supercuts for over 3 decades now and dealt with so many stylists. Majority of them were average and a few were good. I believe I finally found the one who I believe is the most skilled and professional. Vanessa is an outstanding stylist with the best approach to customer engagement. She listens and follows an exact method to achieve the desired outcome. I visited her twice now but hope to continue seeing her regardless of her place of employment. Supercuts is extremely lucky to have her."
