"I have come here a few times. I have typically seen whoever is available. Typically it was average and professional. (That is why the 1 star.) Unfortunately, I had the same barber twice in row. She was unnecessarily unpleasant. Just genuinely a jerk. A haircut should be a lot of things- but it should not be an unpleasant experience. I recognize her job is hard- but that is no excuse for such horrid behavior. I will not be using this or any other Floyd's location."
