"Customer service is horrible, I understand they work by appointments but on a slow day when no one else was in the store the lady was super rude and made it very clear she did not want to help us. I was looking for a bridal dress but became discouraged with finding anything there since she was so rude and making faces the whole time. Horrible horrible service."

"Bad customer service overall, the employees will leave strugglingwith the fitting of the dress, and there is zero privacy for the girls to walk out of that crammed fitting room. Best if you go to Elodia on the gateway, they really have great customer service, much prettier dresses, and are patient and very helpful."

"The customer service here is terrible. The older lady had a bad attitude BOTH times we came in to look at dresses. So many of the dresses have rips on them and are FILTHY. The associates handle the dresses like trash and let the bottom of the dress drag on the dirty floor. The dress we wanted was gorgeous but they wanted $1000 for it even though it has three holes in and and the bottom of the dress is completely stained from the dirty floor. If you value customer service and products that are taken care of, don’t go here. I wish there was a zero star option!"

"I found this shop from a routine stay in El Paso a few years ago. I live in Virginia, but since then they have been a platform to gowns I have worn on different occasions. Not only did I feel special and like royalty while there in person, they made sure to make me happy and very satisfied with my purchases. Even from the east coast, I ordered the gown over the phone from a catalog (in the pictures below), which I wore to a friend's event. Words can't express how wonderful they made me feel."
