"Ive gone here 3 times and every time was unpleasant. I dont plan on coming back just to save a few bucks. Next time Ill gladly pay $60 somewhere for good service and results. First haircut turned out ok but was painful. The older guy cutting my hair was very aggressive like he was trying to hurt me, and overall unfriendly. Second time was with Jennie who was friendly but I was not very happy with the result. I ended up fixing it myself. Third time was with Erin who seemed very angry and rushing to get the haircut over with, taking 20 minutes for a 40 minute appointment. She didnt say a word the entire time, and never asked "how does this look?" between cutting stages. The finished result was in no way stylish and again I had to fix it myself. And before you think "why didnt you ask her to fix it", she had such an unpleasant vibe that at that point my main priority was to pay and lease asap. And it's hard to see how clean the haircut is 6ft away from the mirror. Next time I will go somewhere where I can actually get a haircut that doesn't make me look stupid. These haircuts are the only ones I ever had to fix myself in my entire life. I have short hair so bad cuts dont ruin my style for too long, but if you have longer hair, take pride in your appearance, or enjoy a pleasant haircut, I would heavily avoid this place. Response to owners: I am not harassing your barbers, I am leaving my honest feedback after 3 really bad haircuts. My complaints are exactly where they belong. You should be offering to fix my haircut, not attacking me for leaving feedback."

"My girlfriend came in here yesterday to get a haircut and she was rudely confronted by an older Caucasian woman with blonde hair. When she walked in, she asked for assistance and the older female employee rudely responded, "log into the computer and see if there is time for you." Based on the employee's response and the tone of her voice my girlfriend felt like she was being an inconvenience to her when all she wanted was to see if she could get a haircut. My girlfriend logged in and asked the older woman if the 20-minute wait showing on the computer was correct and your employee loudly snapped at my girlfriend and responded in a rude and aggressive tone something along the lines that she was with a customer and could not verify the wait time on the computer. My girlfriend immediately turned around and walked out because she felt very disrespected, and we will never come back to this entablement."

"Nat at the Breaker location did a wonderful job with my shoulder-length cut. She added face framing in the front and long layers in the back. She was very detailed and thinned out bulkiness towards the bottom. I'll definitely be booking her again!"
