"I had previously ordered from A T-Shirt Co and had a good experience so I went in to order again. First off, the lady in the front was busy so she did not come help until after I told her I was ready, I don't know what she was doing but I believe that if you have a store front, customers should be your priority. I told her I live in the westside so I was looking at the possibility to see if they could ship to me, to which she said they deliver all the way through Las Cruces on Tuesdays. Tuesday comes around and no call to confirm we were meeting. I waited thinking maybe they were delayed but nothing. I call the next day to ask about my order, the guy who answered was plain rude. He started off with, "NO, I do the deliveries," which I thought, misscommunication, understandable. He looks up my name and said it was on there that I was meeting with him but no one told him. He then proceeds to tell me he could meet with me til Friday. In no way do I feel entittled BUT if you screwed up and didnt meet me because your co-worker didnt tell you, you need to make the effort to meet me as soon as possible. That is how good customer service works! Going the extra mile if needed. I was trying to support local but you make it hard with your rudeness. Practice your customer service voice and vocabulary. Btw the shirts were super reduced in size, thanks for the heads up to size up (a business knows their product)"

"T-shirts are inexpensive they also carry htv vinyl. The only downside to this is that there is no store front, you have to go to the back loading dock to order and they don't where you can "browse". You order, they get it, you pay, your out, simple as that!"

"All I gotta say is place your orders with either Gilbert or Frank. I placed an order with Rose to meet deadline and got the complete wrong color of shirts. Customers always right isn’t there moto. BTW thanks to Frank and Gilbert for your customer service and farewell I’ll be doing my business elsewhere."

"They completely screwed up my order, then charged my card a higher amount than originally quoted. Not even a single apology for the entire process. The manager told me he was to busy to deal with my complaint and HUNG UP on me, worst customer service I have ever experienced."
