"I arrived at my scheduled appointment 15 minutes just to provide the same insurance information and profile information I provided when I scheduled the appointment over the phone. Now im a past patient so o knew to comw early just to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by the office manager Kelly. She is rude and will ignore all request . Let's start with I inform her I had a xray and did not need another one. I requested her to send me a break down of charges. Never requested it till I called at 3:54 and spoke with Iris. Once I reviewed the fees they were way more expensive then any other treatment plan I received. Why? Is my question? FYI: Why did I receive the wrong prescription and had to ask for the correct one. Why did I receive a prescription with address I lived at in 2015? When you has me update information on the iPad. I wont be returning so you can treat me unfairly."

"These people are great! The front desk lady is super nice. Dr. Ludy did great work on me last time. Had 2 root canal retreats with him and had no pain through the process. Unfortunately, this time that I went back he's no longer there and with the doctor that saw me, although very nice, I didn't feel as comfortable. I don't know if I will go back for the work I need for that reason. It's very expensive also because my insurance doesn't cover much. That's not their fault though."

"Just had my teeth treated by Dr. Amber and Mark. The experience was stellar. I felt no pain. Once my tooth was numbed it took about 1.5 hrs to finish. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful and got me scheduled quick. If you need a root canal or retreat you’re definitely in capable hands. I recommend."
