CVS

"I went to pick up medicine for this pharmacy. I received a text 2 hours earlier that the medicine was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy and the counter person did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. I had to speak to him first. I asked for the medicine, he said it was not ready and to come back. I was the only person in the store and told him I would wait. He never told the pharmacist that I was waiting. After about 30 minutes I asked again, he told the pharmacist that I was waiting and after about another 30 minutes the meds were ready. Another man walked in while I was waiting and again this employee did not acknowledge him!! Wow horrible!! I will not go back!!!"

"The last 2 times I've had my daughters proscriptions there the automated phone call told me when they were ready, the pick up window line was taking awhile like they are understaffed. So be patient."

"I called at 7p and was placed on hold for the duration of 1hr-8pm their closing time. I picked up my rx’s and my blood pressure medication was missing, I was calling to f/u on the missing rx. My doctor texted me the day she sent the rx . It’s incredible how CVS allows its employees, especially pharmacy to be so discourteous and sloppy!"

"The worst costumer service experience I've ever gotten in my life. Came to get a test early morning and the staff was so rude about it. Came at night to get a vaccine shot and waited almost 2 hours to get it because they are understaffed. Pharmacist told me I didn't have an appointment when I clearly did and tried to pursue me to come another day when there are clearly available slots for vaccines."
