"I went to Charlie on Tuesday and got a short wolf cut/mullet! I've been getting so many compliments and people asking where I went. My hair has been very curly since then! I've even been asked if I got a perm lol. While the price is pretty high for your first haircut, I find it way more justified than other places. When you leave, you are given a list of recommended hair products, clips, and a choice of a bonnet/pillow case if it is your first haircut."

"My experience at planet curls as a POC with 3B curls, I had a great first hair cut here! Charlie cut my hair and I felt like I’d never had a stylist talk to me about my curls the way he was able to! I really liked that throughout the hair cut he was like this is how your hair should feel and look at each step of my routine. My hair ended up being a little shorter than I was hoping for, but he did a great job of explaining to me exactly why he needed to take off the length and ultimately that was exactly what I wanted for a stylist here in Houston! Overall my hair looks and feels healthier than it has in years and after styling it myself no triangle head or mullet vibes which if you have curly hair you know is the biggest fear when getting a hair cut especially at a new place. The salon was super cute, clean and easy to find."

"My overall experience w as amazing!!!The ladies at the front desk were so friendly greeted me and checked me in. My stylist was Gerri and she’s was amazing! She listened to my concerns and gave me great tips to health hair. Bernice (I hope I’m saying it right) was extremely sweet and told me in detail what she was doing and what products she was using- which was awesome! That was the best anyone has ever shampoo my hair. I will definitely go back! I am so happy I have a new hair salon home ❤️ Thank you Geri and Bernice I love my new hair!!!!"

"Love, Love, Love my hair!!! Katie hooked me up and taught me through the process. I hadn't known really how to care for my curly hair prior to getting my first curly cut. She used some amazing products, which were discounted for purchase, that make my hair look and feel amazing! I booked a 3 month because I was so pleased. I am very impressed with the salon and services offered. My hair is an extension of who I am, so having it this soft and sexy helps me be the best version of myself. "Had my first appointment today with Andrew. Everyone was super friendly. His station was near Gerri and Charlie. They both seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and the ladies in their chairs looked amazing. Great product education. Great haircut and conditioning treatments. Andrew explained every step and product. The shampoo bowls and chairs are the most comfortable ones I have ever experienced. As someone with curly hair who has never had a good experience with haircuts, I was in a little bit of shock at the end that I didn’t need to cut most of my hair off or do anything drastic to get it looking healthy and curly again. This was a first. I asked Andrew, are you sure we can leave this much hair??? So Andrew, if you read this, I am very happy even if I just seemed confused at the end. Lol. I would highly recommend. Oh and the door on Main Street is not the main door. Go around to the back and there is a parking lot. Use that door."
