"I honestly wish I could more than 5 stars because my service with Key was OUT OF THIS WORLD. She took my appointment at the last minute before a big trip she had later on that day. She was incredibly welcoming and assured me all was OK, she just wanted to do my hair - - and baby let me tell you, she did my hair. I had washed, condition and detangled my hair the night before, but Key still thoroughly washed, conditioned and gave me an amazing scalp massage followed up by a steam treatment which left my hair feeling so soft. The actual installation of the hair went by fast and it was so painless. I'm tender headed and getting a braid down is usually the worst but not with Key. There was no tension at all but the braids were still so small and tight. Another amazing thing about Key is that she has a lot of passion and pride for her work. Case in point, I sweat like it's my job to do so and I unfortunately sweated through my lace before the end of the appointment. Key understood and fixed it but she also made a follow up appointment because she wanted to be sure it laid down. This was by far the best styling experience I have had in my entire life. I stopped going to hairstylist about 6 or 7 years ago because the industry became too much to deal with. I'm so glad my first foray back into this world was with Key. She truly is amazing y'all. Give her a chance to become your new favorite stylist. I'm glad I did."
