"I did a knotless waist-length braid for the first time at their Westhimer location and I love my hair so much..the service I got was nice, the ladies who were doing my hair were engaging me in fun conversations and I enjoyed my stay there....they made my hair quick and neat and I didn't regret it at all."

"My appointment started off a bit rocky with me arriving on time and having to wait over an hour for a braider to arrive. I booked at 7am appointment so as a first time customer this was disappointing that I had to wait so long. Some improvements def can be made with booking and technique of trimming strays. This shop blow dries strays versus cutting them which I don’t find to be helpful because the strays are still there. Also when booking I called and was told one price but when I got there I was told another then after reviewing the website just now there is still discrepancies. Overall I would def return and give this place another chance to make these better because the ladies were nice , efficient once starting my hair and gave me what I wanted despite the stray hairs ."
