"Just left the place feeling very angry. Have been going there for over 10 years and the quality has gone down consistently. I didn’t feel welcome, Christy cut my hair the worst she has ever cut it and was giving me an attitude when I complained about it. It looked like Dora. I ask if Pam, the owner could have a look on how to fix it. She ignored my request. While cutting my hair Christy was checking herself out in the mirror, multiple times, to see her new hair extensions. She told me if I am continuing to ramble on about how bad the haircut is or if I let her fix it. Additionally she told me that I need to color my hair ( I know) and shouldn’t color it black so I don’t look completely like Dora! Who talks to their customers like that?! I’m a single mom on a tight budget. Getting my hair done is a treat I have to save up for. I’d love to get my hair professionally colored but it’s not in my budget. They know that and don’t have to tell me each time that I should get salon color. Thank you for ruining my day. I do not tolerate this disrespectful service and I don’t appreciate that Pam, the owner, didn’t step in to deescalate the situation."

"I went to this salon like 5 days ago for a men haircut. I know it's not a barber shop but I've gone to numerous salons never had an issue. I'm also never a Karen I don't like to complain because I also work in customer service. I've gotten a bad haircut from this place so bad to the point I'd had to go to another place right after to fix my hair which I was at for 45mins about. That same day Till this day, I've been calling trying to talk to a manager and hope to get a refund. Today was my lucky day and finally got a hold of Mrs.Pam (Owner) or a manager of some sort, because they kept telling me they're with someone they call me back after. But never did. I approached it nice and kind told her what happened then she refused to because it's my fault for coming into a salon instead of a barber shop and she didn't think it was a bad haircut. She did offer a free haircut for next visit, after I kept telling her I don't want their service. But it is what it is I guess, I always thought customers are always right. I just hope the next visit is better than the last time because it'll for sure be my last visit."

"I started out with Shelby & she is great. I also went to Cele when Shelby left to have her baby. Got a great haircut from her. The shop is nice & very friendly. Prices are reasonable & service is great. I will definitely return."

"Let me start off with saying I paid $295.00 for something I didn’t even ask for. I went into this salon with a clear image (literally a picture) of how I wanted my hair! Not only did the stylist (Cille) not cut my hair in the style I wanted she gave me highlights!!!! Wait what? No, I literally asked for one base color, one. Like you had one job lady and you ruined it!!! Now I’m walking around looking like I’ve got gray hairs because she couldn’t even get the highlights to the ASH BLONDE I requested. Honestly any stylist with experience could’ve gotten the job done properly because my hair was my natural color. Then she said walk around with it see how I like it, I should call her back on Tuesday if I still felt like I didn’t like it. Well no you should’ve gotten it right the first time and if not done something to fix it. This is clearly a place that doesn’t exceed let alone meet ones expectations for having a good haircut/hairstyle experience"
