"The information that was given, and agreed to by the Office manager, when I booked the appointment was not honored when I drove an hour to the appointment. No one seemed to be willing to offer a solution, nor did they care that I was unhappy. Will never set foot another Aspen Dental, as this is the second time this has happened at this location. Beyond disappointed."

"The staff was all extremely kind and professional, they even allowed me to bring my baby in with me. My only complaint is that they told both me and my husband we needed some type of gum therapy that would be a couple thousand out of pocket. I declined and asked for a regular cleaning to which they denied until i went through with this gum therapy. I see a dentist every 6 months (my previous provider passed away tragically) and have always been complimented on how well i take care of my teeth and gums so i feel like Aspen dental just wants to make $$$ off people. I even have dental insurance! So this place seems very scammy, BEWARE and dont waste your time if you dont want to be out $3k"

"Made an emergency appointment for first thing in am. Upon arriving (waiting for my insurance information to be emailed) I fill out paper work they see me, but because they didn’t receive my info at time I walked in they assume I just didn’t have insurance. (Keep in mind I am 11 from 1-10 pain mark) I tell them I have insurance so now they have to make me wait 2 more hours to verify.. For an emergency tooth extraction.. Quoted me $3300 for two teeth removed with extra bone in operation? I feel like they just didn’t want my business. Clearly for them it’s about the customers money, not the customer… I left and went to a local small business that took care of me same day knew exactly what to do and I can not begin to describe the cost difference.. I’m sure they’re professionals and this is what they went to school for but I’d recommend looking around before you have to choose this multi chain dentistry."

"The office was very professional. They were helpful, courteous, and all have very good attitudes! There was only one thing that wasn’t ideal; The total wait was about 2 hours. That’s difficult! Sure do wish that we would be asked to come in a little later if the wait was so long, Though I understand trying to keep the staff busy. Thanks for caring!!"

"Aspen Dental has been fantastic. They got me in quickly and everyone was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. They worked with my budget to plan out the treatments I needed and made sure I knew what my options were. I look forward to continuing to get my dental needs taken care of with them."
