"My mom and I came into Houston for a formal even and needed hair and make up. We booked Melrose for make up and Rhonda for hair. We had never been to the salon but heard great things about it. From the moment we stepped into the salon, we were greeted by name by the receptionist and made to feel comfortable. My mom is in a wheelchair and is self conscious about having people move for her. Melrose was very professional and had a customer move his chair over and made a clear path for my mom. It was done in a way that didn’t make my mom feel embarrassed and she was able to move freely within the salon. Melrose started on my mom’s makeup while Rhonda did my hair. I kept hearing people say “oh her makeup looks great!” and “she looks so pretty!” When I looked at my mom, she was stunning! Melrose did a beautiful job! She then did my makeup and I let her have free rein. I showed her my dress and she came up with a look. I was blown away! I don’t think I ever looked so pretty. Melrose was professional, fun, creative, and caring. I hope to need my makeup done by her again! Rhonda was fun! She made me laugh, listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions, and told me to trust the process- which I did. I was very happy with the way my hair looked for the evening and definitely recommend this salon!"

"I love going to this Salon! Everyone there is so kind and upbeat! Morgan my stylist is amazing! She listens to me and helps me with big decisions when I went from extremely long hair to a a short little “bob” and she was the perfect one to do the cut! Love going and seeing here every 6-8 weeks! Along w everyone that works there. You can tell everyone enjoys their job and wants to be there! See y’all soon! t~"

"The staff is very nice. I won't be returning. They were not able to perform the service I requested. I asked the hair dresser to give me purple highlights. I showed her pictures from online and she said she could do it. However, they tried twice and were unable to dye my hair the color I requested. She was not familiar with how to use the hair products that the salon provided. The first time she colored my hair the overall color was too dark and you could not see the colored highlights unless I was standing in very bright light. They asked me to come back to correct the color. It was washed out and they applied a different color that was more visible. However, it was not the color I wanted. It was dark burgundy red, not purple. They also cut my hair. The cut was fine. Not special, but not bad. Also, the salon is dirty. There is hair on the floor in the bathroom and through out the salon. They washed there towels with something dark and it bled onto the towels. For the amount of money they charge I would expect more expertise and a cleaner establishment. The staff are nice but I will not return to their salon."

"I have naturally curly hair which can be difficult to style. Janelle effortlessly cut and colored my hair working with my curls so they lay just right. I now have bounce and life back in my hair. The salon is beautiful and all personnel were delightful. Even with Covid-19 protocols in place I enjoyed my visit. Oh and don't forget Ruff, the best salon pup!"
