"Best western store in Hobbs excellent service"

"We went to buy some boots for my husband. We were told the boots came with a belt but they didn’t have it in stock so they had to order it. We agreed and the guy told us 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and nothing. We gave it another week before calling the store. Associate said they would check the order status and give us a call back, never got a call back. This happened 2 more times until I finally got tired of never receiving a call back so I asked to speak to the owner. I had to send her a picture of the receipt because she couldn’t find it. She finally investigated and messaged me saying the belt would be coming in a week. Finally after 2 months of trying to get this belt, we got it. When my husband went to pick it up, I was expecting them to offer some type of discount or coupon for the inconvenience but no. We will definitely think twice before ordering something from there again."
