"A Woman's care of her Crown no matter Race or Texture is one of the most precious of rituals. It involves intentional detail to Salon choice, Reviews, Time, Experience, and Cost. All these factors into one's overall experience. No one wants to sit all day at a salon and leave a car down payment at the front desk. We won't be back and there are many options out there to ensure we won't. My third visit to Eyats was the longest in my new dread loc transformation but it wasn't time or cost wasted. My shampoo was purrrrfect and Eyat took great care of my retwist and through she wasn't there to see me off. Her employees did a good finishing touch on my hair and visit."

"These are money grabbers! I had to cancel due to an emergency and they offered no solutions. They were more concerned with getting money. I will never used their service again. It sad to see our people especially a reported "black business " in our community behave in this manner. Please consider your choice when choosing this place! Just to add clarity to this complaint! I've been a customer since 2020 so not new to this service. Tenured customers is how you grow! Good luck with that! And just to respond...attacking customers for a meger 40.00 and personally attacking me. This reveals so much about how sad we treat our people! You are not worthy of our dollars! As I shared with you in our tenuos posts this complaint will go to the City of Lancaster, BBB, and the Texas Board of Cosmetology! Good Luck!"

"I have been loc'd for four years now and Eyat is only the second person I've ever allowed to touch my hair. I'm very particular and Eyat NEVER disappoints. She is not only a master stylist, but she's super gentle with my extremely tender head. Additionally, Eyat is one of the kindest women I have ever met who has a genuine interest in helping others look and feel their very best. The young women Eyat trains to be stylists are also super kind, professional, and superb stylists. It is not uncommon for me to be approached by strangers when I'm out because of how well kept my locs are. I have provided more referrals than I can count this way. I truly can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of Eyat's Natural Hair Salon; and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a stylist for their natural hair."

"Mrs. Eyat is so sweet and knowledgeable about hair care. I think it's important to have someone in our community that provides jobs for young adults, and is skilled! I've been going to her for almost 5 months and I have never been disappointed. I love this place. It is also very clean and their products are all plant based and homemade. Update: I’ve been going to Eyat’s naturals for almost two years now and I must say I only trust her salon to touch my hair. Before I went to her salon I dealt with very itchy scalp since I have severe seasonal allergies and after I started only using her products and going to her I no longer have that issue. I can go a month without doing anything to my hair and I will not have any problems with itching. Not only do I always have a good experience with the health of my hair, Mrs. Eyat cares, she went above and beyond to purchase some of my art & gives the best advise. She also has a great skill in judging character. Everyone that works in the shop is so sweet and skilled. I highly recommend!
